My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were so beautiful, clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for my family of five with three teens. I loved the convenience of the card locks that gave access to the bedrooms. The staff was really nice and friendly, making every interaction a pleasure. The location, nestled in a lovely green area just 250m from the Spa and Termas of Monte Real, was ideal for relaxation. Although the dining experience in the 'What I call a meeting room' was fantastic with a great variety of dishes, some refinement could elevate it further.
